Estate Planning & Probate
Working with an attorney to draft your will or trust beforehand can save your family from unnecessary stress, disagreements, and costs at the time of disability or death. With estate planning tools I help clients create a well-ordered plan. This helps resolve who will handle a probate and the administration of your estate which will determine who receives your property. I also prepare power of attorneys and beneficiary deeds.
Business Law
I draft and review business contracts and assist in the purchase and sale of businesses and their assets. I form new business entities like corporations, limited liability companies (‘LLCs’) and partnerships.
Real Estate
I advise clients on both residental and commercial real estate issues. These include creating easements, subdividing property, drafting co-ownership agreements and leases. I help clients with matters related to contract formation, negotiating terms and providing due diligence review for purchasing and selling real estate. I also provide conveyance services for transferring title.
